-          Vestibular system (inner ear): detects head movement and helps maintain balance.

body is in space.

surfaces and in different environments.

-          Gait retraining: improves walking ability through activities such as walking while

turning the head, negotiating obstacles, changing direction, and performing dual-

task exercises.


Research consistently demonstrates that vestibular rehabilitation improves dizziness, balance, walking ability, and overall quality of life in people with vestibular disorders (Hall et al., 2022; Hillier & McDonnel, 2011).



Neurological Rehabilitation
